Baseline Software was founded by Mike Schulz and Darren Hemphill, who share a passion for technology and programming. They graduated from the University of Cape Town with Masters and Honours degrees in Computer Science.

Darren Hemphill
CEO
Darren holds an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town. He has over 15 years of development experience ranging from on the ground coding, through high level architecture and design to the much sought after cloud application design and development. He specialises in .NET and Java backend, frontend and mobile development with a keen focus on highly scalable apps and the platforms that perform the heavy lifting on the backend.
